Return Window:
You have a 14-day window from the date of receiving your order to initiate a return. If 14 days have passed since your purchase, unfortunately, we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.
Eligibility Criteria:
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging. It must also have any accompanying tags, certificates, or documentation intact.
Return Process:
To initiate a return, please follow these steps:
1. Contact our customer service team at cocoon.crystals@gmail.com within the 14-day return window to inform us about your intention to return the item.
2. Provide your order number, the item(s) you wish to return, and a brief explanation for the return.
3. Once we receive your return request, we will provide you with a Return Authorization Number (RAN) along with detailed instructions on how to proceed.
Return Shipping:
Customers are responsible for covering the postage fees associated with the return. We recommend using a trackable shipping method and retaining the shipping receipt as proof of return. Cocoon Crystals will not be responsible for any items lost or damaged during the return shipping process.
Refund Process:
Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If your return is approved, a refund will be processed to the original payment method within a reasonable timeframe. Please note that the original shipping fees (if applicable) are non-refundable.
Exchanges:
If you wish to exchange an item for a different size, style, or product, please follow the return process as outlined above and place a new order for the desired item separately.
Non-Returnable Items:
Certain items are non-returnable for hygiene and safety reasons, such as earrings. Custom-made or personalised items are also not eligible for return unless they arrived damaged or defective.
